- When can I get the quotation?We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry in priority.
- How long is your production lead time?It depends on the product selected and order qty. Normally, it takes us 15 days for an order after everything confirmed.
- What's your payment terms?30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment by T/T, or LC AT SIGHT.
- Wonder if you are able to accept small order less than your MOQ?Do not worry. Feel free to contact us. In order to get more orders and give our clients more convener, we accept small order with reasonable price.
- Do you accept OEM/ODM order?Yes! We accept all OEM orders, just contact us and give us your design.We can customize products as per your request or sample. You can email us to tell us the detailed information about the new product, such as the photos, size, material and quantity you prefer.
