- When can I get the quotation?We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry in priority.
- How long is your production lead time?It depends on the product selected and order qty. Normally, it takes us 15 days for an order after everything confirmed.
- What's your payment terms?30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment by T/T, or LC AT SIGHT.

- The sample for buyer’s new design is free or needs extra fees?Normally, the sample fees is around USD50 to USD 100 according to fabric and request; Sample fee will be refunded when mass order more than 500pcs
- Can I get discounts?Yes, for big order and frequent customers, we'll give reasonable discounts.
- Can I get a sample before mass production?Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
- Is the sample charge can be refundable?Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific situation pls contact the people who follow up with your order.
